Deadline Extension to April 25th

Submission deadline for Genes in Space 2016 competition has been extended to April 25th, National DNA Day.

Genes in Space sponsors and partners have been working hard towards the launch of 2015 the Genes in Space winning experiment to the International Space Station.  We were excited to gather together at Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida and witness the launch of SpaceX 8.  We were also thrilled by the overwhelming response to the first PCR experiment that will soon be conducted on board the International Space Station --- a direct result of the opportunity presented by the Genes in Space competition.

In order to accommodate the recent swell of interest, we are extending the deadline to April 25th - National DNA Day.
